Contact Lens Dispense

As previously discussed, Contact lens Rx, Dispense and Order have been split into 3 distinct functions and processes. As a consequence, each section should be much simpler to navigate and process. The CL dispense screen (prototype) is shown below:

It should be apparent what needs to go in what field so it won't be listed in much detail here. The date of the dispense is shown and the CL fitter or person responsible for the dispense should be selected. The CL Specification will normally be brought into this screen from the CL Rx screen after clicking the button in that screen. When the correct CL’s have been selected against the correct CL Rx, you would confirm, Discard or Save as Quote using the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the screen. Discounts are now added in the new sales screen as previously described rather than in the CL dispense screen and NHS Vouchers can be applied here. The total price is also displayed prominently at the bottom of the screen.
